When playing Reload in Duos:

Reboot timers begin at 12 seconds and scale up to 16 seconds later in the match.

The remaining teammate can reduce their partner’s reboot timer by 2 seconds by downing an opponent, 3 seconds by eliminating one, and 5 seconds by wiping an opposing duo.
